My name is Eddie Morales and welcome to Martialforce.com Online Martial Arts Magazine. On
Saturday 11/20/2010, I along with Robert Parham, Jason Sterling and Chyna McCoy went to
the Traditional Martial Arts International Championships which was held in Glendora California.
We attended in regards to an autograph signing to promote the movie project that we are
involved in, “Triple Threat.” We were there to show support to the tournament and its creator
Kyoshi Anthony Marquez. What we witnessed was a well organized event with competitors that
had a deep sense of respect for each other and the art of Karate. We were treated with a high
level of respect and courtesy, which was received with sincere appreciation. The kids in the
tournament had many questions for us and were excited about the event and our visit. We found
ourselves playing couch to some of the competitors and were asked to take photographs as the
day progressed. To sum up the day, it was a day of relaxation; meeting great people and fellow
martial artist and we would all like to give a special thanks to Kyoshi Anthony Marquez for
inviting us.
